- FYI: System 7.0 FileId's

- Although this won't help you now, you should know that this is such a common
- problem that the System 7.0 File Manager should allow you to, "create a FileId
- that allows an application to refer to files by a 'permanent address'.
- FileId's don't span volumes, you'll still need that info, but the the fileId is
- unique for the life of the volume and will allow an application to locate a
- file even if its been renamed or moved.
- You may want to take this into account when designing your document format.
